Employee Promotional Giveaways
OUR TASK
Create a line of small giveaways for the customer service employees of a national insurance company to internally reinforce the company’s value proposition to their virtual employees. For six weeks the employees were given a new item to remind them of the organizations devotion to both them and their customers.
OUR APPROACH
We designed six individual promotional items, each with a printed reminder to employees to practice a certain mantra in their daily interactions with customers.   Some examples of the reminders were: “I’m listening”, “I’m a customer advocate” and “I am reliable”.  Each item was small enough to sit on the employees’ desks as a functional prompt that could be used every day.  These promotional products were able to keep employees enthusiastic about their profession, while reinforcing the fact that the organization was giving the best customer service to their clientele.
